Thomas made my experience a perfect one! Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have visited Quick Lane before and have had other advisors help me, unfortunately they fell very short of any positive reviews. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at Quick Lane. My car was serviced, cleaned and ready for me after a short wait. Thomas made sure I was notified quickly and was equally as helpful when I returned to pick up my vehicle. People remember service like what he provided!
