Bought two new tires which were to be mounted on the back and were. The problem was that I had some off brand tire on the front driver side that was only two weeks old. I wanted that tire dismounted and put in the trunk. What ended up happening was the off brand tire was moved to the front passenger side and one of my old Michilin’s Was left in the trunk. When I picked up the car it was closing time so they could not rectify the problem that day. Now I have to return to the shop tomorrow to have that off brand tire dismounted and my old Michelin installed on the front passenger side.

I think it's bad that I tell them I think the may be an issue with the brakes and they tell me our will cost$130 dollars to look at them. The car has an extended warranty. What is the purpose of the warranty if you want to charge to look at the problem. I will never go back to your service center again.

I had my airbag replacement ordered and never received a call back or text on my cell phone that the part was in...... and it has been over a month. I ask my wife about it and she did receive a call on our house phone a few weeks back about the part being in, but you guys were supposed to call my cell not my house.

Service was great as usual, honored ext warranty on accessory package. Parts was extremely slow as usual. Went to check on part ordered 11 days earlier, took 2 guys to find that it was delivered via FedEx, 2 days earlier, and then at that point waited another 10 mins while,parts guy went to look for it. Mfinally found it under service desk in a box. Everyone is very nice, but the parts dept is very disorganized, and understaffed.
