As always Mr Tomas and Mr Mike were both very welcoming and always make me feel at home this keeps me coming back and making raceway Ford a place where I can not only come in to get my vehicle fixed but also a place where I feel like I haven’t even left my home I appreciate there help and hospitality, and know that this is a place I will be coming back for service for years to come, whenever I need it done thanks to the staff and crew for making me feel welcome every time I stop in , Ford is lucky to have such a good team assisting customers and doing what they do , thanks for everything you guys are great at what you do keep up the good work!

Called last week for a recall they ran the vin and said To schedule an appointment. So today my wife took in my truck i received a call around 2 pm saying they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have the parts! So what did you guys do with my truck all day why couldn’t they tell me when my wife took it what a waste of time! Made my wife late to work all for nothing!?

Steve the driver was awesome. Only thing missing was a call from the service department that I needed new front brakes. I would have just got it done at the same time as the oil change. Steve is the one who told me when he dropped off my car at work. The work summary/service summary was sent to me after my car was dropped off. No point at doing anything then.
