Chris was very helpful and communicative. This vehicle of ours is in the Riverside area with our daughter that is at UC Riverside. We live in the Bay Area of San Francisco and so we had to do this long distance. I can tell you that he was very reassuring and kept us up-to-date and we appreciate the service that was done. I came in for a recall. When at the desk, I asked for a tire rotation and was going to ask for an inspection. The advisor proceeded to tell me all that’s complimentary no need to ask about it. When the service technician brought it back my tires were not rotated and I still had a tire light on. When I brought it up the service tech responded usually you fix that on your own and I didn’t know. Of course because he didn’t give me the chance. At least I got my recall done.
