I could not pick up the phone when called regarding the car being ready., and no message was left. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t get through to anyone. An hour later I received another call just 20 minutes before closing. There was nobody available to deliver my car as agreed, so I had to go for after hours pickup.

Ford Mach-e recall took 2.5 days, which is ok but they gave us a car for 2 days. Not our fault for the recall.
Car was done at about 4:30 pm on the 3rd day and we had to rush to pick up the car because the rental car was only covered for 2 days. I had to take time off my work else we would have to pay extra on the rental car.
On top of it, the rental car they gave was dirty and old.
Ford - please up the game on your customer service especially if there is a recall that you know can take long and that too for a luxury car.
