Service was great; once I take the truck on the road this upcoming weekend, I’ll know better if any issues arise as I’ve only driven it 10-miles since the service. The check engine light was on. I made an appointment to have the vehicle checked. The next day, Edwin (service advisor) called and told me the battery was 65% and needed to be replaced in order to diagnose the issue. I told him the vehicle was one year old and had less than 10,000 miles. He said, "the factory battery is not under warranty". I purchased a new battery. When I picked the vehicle up, I spoke with Alan. He mentioned I was nearing my 100,000 mile service. I told him the truck only had 9,900 miles. I finally had him physically check the mileage. He apologized, said the battery was covered, corrected the mileage in the system, and refunded my $278 payment! I believe this incident is suspect of fraud, and should be investigated.
