Lucas seamed very serious and straight forward. He checked me in on time and called for a ride to take me to work. They did a good job on fixing my truck and in a timely manner. My visit wasn’t very personable but I got what I came there for.
Side Note:
I’m a long time Ford buyer. Last time I went to Hemet Ford I felt like selling my wife’s and my Ford vehicles and never have anything to do with Ford again. They were extremely rude and kept my truck for 3 weeks over a recall part. My wife has had other rude experiences. I decided to give Raceway Ford a try since the repair on my truck needed special Ford diagnostic equipment. If I need anything done where it requires me to go to a Ford dealership, I will not go to Hemet Ford that is 5 minutes away from where I live, and go out of my way to come back to Raceway Ford.
