Lucas did the best he could in my situation. Lucas got me a loaner vehicle right away and this was much appreciated. I know they are hard to get sometimes. Lucas kept me informed all throughout my time at the dealership. I wish it didn’t take two months to get my car fixed but I do understand how difficult it is to get parts and schedule work when everyone is so busy and probably overloaded with work.
