My truck was in raceway care for two days . They claimed the part for the truck just came in. They claimed a message was sent to inform me of the situation. No, message was ever sent.

It should not have taken 2 full weeks for my car to be repaired. The part that needed to be replaced only needed a few bolts to take it off and on. That’s ridiculous. We were only offered a loaner car 3 days before pick up but you had my car for FOURTEEN days!!! We should have been provided a loaner on Day 1. If you don’t have the staff to work on cars, you shouldn’t book appointments. If we would have known there would have been such a delay we would have gone somewhere else. We have a large family and are dependent on a large SUV to get our kids to all their activities. This significantly impacted our ability to care for our children.
