I have been bringing my CR-V to West Hills Honda for 3 years now. Quite frankly, it is the most satisfying service experience I have ever had and I've had my cars serviced extensively at 2 other Honda service centers. I've also had experience with Fords, Dodges, Volkwagens and Toyotas. West Hills Honda's Service Center is simply the best. And Bret Buckingham is the best of the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Always extremely long wait times for service completion. Oil changes generally take 1/2 a day and any other services take full 7-8 hour days or overnight. I have visited this location for 2-3 years, always the same. Also on your appointment scheduler online 100k mile service startes $70 but when you arrive it's $600 & doesn't account for any services previously/recently done? So you have to remember what you have already serviced even when it was last year at your location. Was expecting a check up, servicing of parts not yet replaced & identifying other problems. No need to contact. Jarrret was a great representative.

You are very welcome. He was very professional, he called me to inform that my vehicle was ready. He reported the status of my vehicle and what needs it to have done. I gave him the go ahead and my car was ready for me after they took care of the issue, and since it was raining he went out and got my car and put it under the covered area.
So far the second best service I have had at your dealership and the other time before this was excellent also, he even took time to explain to me how to understand my car since is new to me.

Jarret was great. The rest of my experience was not. I think it's completely rude and unprofessional for whoever worked on my car to dump the things that were in my glovebox and on my passenger seat on the floor. I'm very upset about this.
