My vehicle was pulled out of the service bay half an hour before the time I was told it would be ready, however it wasn't returned to me until 15 minutes after the promised time because the service advisor made 3 phone calls and helped 2 other customers before me. I absolutely understand getting the 2 other customers at the dealership taken care of first, but waiting customers should always take priority over a 10-15 minute phone call. I was also greatly annoyed by returning to my car and barely being able to get into it because the seat had been moved so far forward and not returned to my seating position. This was by far my worst customer experience at any dealership, and especially surprising because the Haselwood auto group has always provided such excellent customer service.
