Jarret was great. My complaint would be on how long it took for an oil change. Had a 1:45 appointment wasn’t checked in until 2:15 or so. Had to wait in line and watch 2 representatives talk to a lady talking about her key that doesn’t work on her locks. Felt they needed to have one address her and the other start helping customers waiting. In addition my appointment was at 1:45pm but two ladies who had appointments at 2 and 2:15 were there before me (roughly 1:40) and their vehicle went ahead of mine just because they were there before me? So is it first come first serve then? So what’s the point of an appointment?! I was already limited for time as I needed to get back home (Sequim) for work at 5pm. Didn’t leave West hills Honda till after 3:30pm this cut it too close for me. I figured with a 1:45 appointment hour and fifteen minutes would be more than enough time for an oil change. Honestly feeling like every time service is getting worse. I’ve been with you guys for a while now but starting to reconsider. I hope you guys can get it together and make necessary adjustments.

The service and professionalism I received from Patrick, was nothing less than the BEST. He was kind and thorough with his deliverance of the details regarding my vehicle. It was nice to have someone to help make the situation positive. As for the mechanic department, they've never given me or my vehicles a reason to be grateful that I have to even come there for anything. I typically go elsewhere due to the Cons that are made clear by the mechanics but my warranty was with Honda, so I went in and AS ALWAYS, I walked away with nothing fixed.
