Would have liked to have been told about my breaks being almost worn thru. I could of had them serviced at the same time as my oil change. Now I need to bring my vehicle back. Brenda was amazing! Absolutely the BEST service I have ever received at West Hills Ford. We had a very disappointing experience previously and had decided not to come back to this Ford location to purchase another vehicle when the times comes. She will be the reason we do come back. Excellent service. Colin met me outside his office so I didn’t need to guess where to go when I parked my car. The check in was quick and informational. Colin let me know I could add changing my wipers to my service. I didn’t even know that was an option! The appointment took just over 1 hour.
