It took almost 2.5 weeks to fix my car - because of the holidays, there weren't any Master Technicians available. I loved that you provided a rental car (thank goodness) but the cost of the rental that the dealership had to "eat" was $600.00. Also, I did not understand where to return the rental vehicle as my husband was the person who dropped off my car. I went to the Ford dealership and they made me go to the Toyota dealership. So I went to the Toyota dealership and they said you need to go to the rental car area. Anyway, I got a bit lost and although your team was extremely friendly -- the experience of driving to three different places to drop of the rental car was a bit of a nightmare.
