The customer service was lousy after waiting three hours all I got was I’m gonna go check on your vehicle then that person would return and make a wide swing around and avoid the waiting area where I was waiting I received no updates and the wait ran 1hr over what I was told it would take to make the repairs
Not going to be a return nor will I recommend your company to anybody for auto repair

Recall because of air bag fault. Given a large time window for repair starting at 9am for 2-3 hours. Car finally delivered past 1pm. A waste of a day for a Mazda safety fault. Very poor.

I am being charged $1400 because there was a defect from the factory in my Sync System / This is a chronic problem in many 2015 ford F1 50 pickup trucks and I believe this should Covered by some kind of retroactive warranty. I have been a loyal ford pickup truck owner since 1975!

Brenda was friendly and ready for the morning. It was nice to have someone check me in at 7:30 in the morning ready for work and wasn’t sluggish or yawning when we chatted. She checked me in fast and made sure the shuttle came and got me so I could get to work on time. When I picked up the car she walked me out to it and made sure everything was correct. She was overall amazing! When I get service I’ll always see Brenda!

Ms. Dunn was unbelievably helpful with my maintenance visit. She made the process efficient, helped me add a roof rack installation to my scheduled maintenance, assisted in getting me into a rental car, and made sure I was completely good to go. My fiance and I are in the military and often short on time and have schedule restrictions, Ms. Dunn made this a worry free visit. I dont know how much you pay her but I guarantee its not enough!
