Everyone came through for me in the service department when i had an issue with my vehicle i didn't have an appointment but was able to drop my vehicle off and get it returned in the same day.

The body shop Mazda sent us to leaves a lot to be desired though. Had my car for 31 days and now they have it back because it is a poor quality paint job complete with bubbles and drips present. The color isn't even right. Mazda should have used someone they trusted rather than an unknown commodity.

I don’t like the fact that you put a sticker in my window telling me to get my oil changed in 3,000 miles when Mazda itself recommends 5,000 - 7,500 miles. 3,000 miles is an old measure for regular oil not synthetic oul. Seems like a sham to get customers to change their oil more frequently. I expect the dealership to follow the manufacturers recommendations.

I did not appreciate being told that my service would take 2 hours to complete prior to getting to the service department, it took 4 hours complete the job, with a 10:30 appointment time. I stayed at the dealership and was never informed as to the progress of the job. When the job was finally completed I was not shown how to roll back the cover, where straps were located to hold it in place when rolled back.
