We were off to rather bumpy start early on due to schedules, knowing what to due to the vehicle, (contractually speaking), and finding the right person, ( persons ). So, my wife was able to get the paper work to Brenda after my 2nd visit. After that there were no more problems. She took the situation on like a pro, “and GOT UR DONE”? New windshield, Perma whatever ya call it on the new windshield, Interior treated with your super sauce, and the exterior cleaned and shiny. Recall wasnt met because of specifics to qualify for repair. Corporate office was notified via letter of location and personnel. Im tired of Ford giving its customers recalls, then when brought it, nothing happens. TCP still causes my car to jerk and I am still within the window of having that recall repaired but West Hills Ford thought otherwise. 2nd recall and again Ford thought otherwise and just reset my check engine light despite my car still doing the caution signs of this recall. Ford and West Hills Ford dont care about the safety of their customers nor the condition of the cars.

I noticed on my drive home that when my car is idling there is a vibration throughout the car that wasn’t there before. I think that something about the idling needs to be adjusted.

Recently switched from Bay Ford to West Hills Ford and I’m confident I made the right decision. Cole was very understanding and helpful when I was informed I had radiator leak and initially I was told it wasn’t under warranty. Cole helped me step by step to investigate and ultimately discovered it was under warranty. Cole has excellent skills in coordinating service and relays accurate estimated completion times. Very personable. I will be staying with West Hills Ford for servicing my current vehicles as well as future purchases.
