Service advisor great, no issues there. I had an EVP go or under warranty about 18 months ago. Now out again, but now it is my expense. Should i be expecting to replace this every 18 months when it is a known issue? This is more of a Ford thing, not West Hills, but it does not make sense to me.

I didn't feel like a valued customer. My "service credit rewards" money wasn't credited to my invoice (nor offered). I had to ask about the higher rental charge due to delays in getting my car finished. Items from the multipoint inspection were pointed out to me despite the fact that those items were brought to the dealer previously for diagnosis and were noted in the service history of the vehicle at the dealership. And the total cost for service was more than quoted to me over the phone when the service was authorized. Updates weren't provided in a timely fashion and I had to call almost daily to be updated. So, nothing about this experience made me feel valued, except for trying to sell me a new vehicle and devaluing my current vehicle in the process. Even though I liked the new vehicle and would consider buying it, the "ownership experience" isn't worth it.
