Kelsi was very helpful and freindly. She was very busy but she helped with some tire prices and printed them up for me to look at. I also had a question on my truck so she got a Tech to help me. All and all I had a very nice experience. Thank you and thank you Kelsi.

I am so upset that I spent so much money on a brand new ford and have have two major issues with it under 70k miles. And then I need to pay your service $300 to tell me I have a major repair needed. I am a first time ford buyer and a last! The people are have dealt with at this dealership could care less about me as a customer and all seem to understand that ford has repair issues. Then when we left your service dept we get some lady laughing and joking what’s wanting to make us happy. Not really cool to laugh and joke about having a piece of crap car the continues to need major repairs and then the solution is to ask that we just buy a new one. Please fix your problems with you cars. Please train your staff or get new people. Please refund me the last $300 I paid to have you tell me I own junk.
