Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Advised I needed new tires, cabin filter and air filter. Total charge came to $996. Your tires are overpriced and I feel frustrated and a bit ripped off. Today was the only day i had to take care of my vehicle, so I felt stuck. I did find a rebate in the ford.com website, but I feel your prices are too high and the manager, who made the decision not to give me the military discount could have been more helpful. The alignment that was “discounted” is generally included with purchase of 4 new tires, so I do not feel that charge was legitimate.

The only thing we haven’t liked about our CX five experience was the service at Ford. Pulling into the new facilities today was a game changer. I pulled into the garage and was greeted by someone (Chris) immediately for the first time and I also like being able to see the vehicle while it’s being serviced. Nice job guys.

I went in for a oil change and I told Angela that my key was acting up and she told me that they will take a look at it ..not once was I told they where doing a diagnostic test on to see why my key wasn't working some of the time.. until the end when she told me I owed 155.00 for it and I got up set and she made me make a 79.84 payment for it.. I'm really upset that I wasn't told that they where doing a diagnostic test on my car and that I had to pay for it when I didn't know anything about it... I talk to a manager at the store that was on at the time and he has it was wrong what they did not tell me that they were going to do a diagnostic test..so he said he will bring it to the guy Jon Oeller frist thing Monday morning...I'm so upset for what they did to me today there...
