The only issue I had was the time of the shuttle, because I was on a time constraint, but that may have been poor planning on my part and I’m not familiar with a dealership that even offers shuttle service, so I do appreciate the offer of that. I’m used to loaner cars from a smaller town dealership. The service people were very friendly, professional and polite, which I really appreciate. The service manager was incredible, assuring me that she would ensure I was properly taken care of and that the fear of a large bill she would ensure would be less than I expected ($1,500). She came through and I left very happy. The shuttle drivers were both very friendly as well. I very much appreciate the professionalism of everyone I encountered at the dealership, from the service people to the nice lady who works at the coffee stand. Next time I will just plan for more time, or a different option for transportation if I’m in a time crunch. Honestly, that was poor planning on my part and a bit of a learning experience. To spite my minor frustration, it ended up that I had a very good day because of the later than expected shuttle and I will most definitely you be back! Thank you.
