It appears to be a bit disorganized in service. I received no calls providing status of my vehicle, I had to call for status. The requested service wasn’t completed, I had to remind my advisor about replacing a bulb. My truck had to be jumped when I arrived to pick it up. Most likely something got left on because the battery is fine. And I didn’t walk away confident my brake pedal issue was fixed after paying over a thousand dollars. The advisors are pleasant. I will continue to bring my vehicles to the west hills complex as the Honda service is top notch. Maybe the Ford place will get better with a few adjustments and better trained mechanics. Trained mechanics can make or brake your business. Thank you.
