I have had my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat in 3 times for sunroof repairs. The roof still does not work correctly and will require a fourth trip to Westhills Ford. A waste of my time and fuel. Once my roof is repaired correctly. I will be switching dealerships for future repairs and scheduled maintenance.

the check off sheet was not done very well mechanic filled it out and the service guy would just change it right in front of me and said they did it wrong then I didn’t even get my tires rotation done like I should have since it is offered in yournplan the reason was the lug nuts was to swollen. I have been around cars along time and never heard that then the service person tried to tell me it’s cuz of the weather and stuff. Then the pile change took 1 hour and 45 min.
