She worked with me to understand my concern with picking up my kid from school and got an honest assessment from the technician. She informed me that the time will be extremely tight and found a solution that worked of getting me a rental car and paying for it. She was extremely helpful, kind, understanding and, helpful. Really enjoyed her working for me.
