I am becoming very frustrated with the service we have had the last few times we have been in for oil changes. What should take less than an hour has been taking between 1.5 hours to 2 hours. This time I said something for the explaination given is the mechanics had the incorrect filter. I am beginning to wonder why I make an appointment... We usually buy the oil change packets at the holidays but I am not sure we will continue. I hope the timing improves for our next visit.

I think I should have been given a new battery that is still under warranty. When I went to drive off the battery was under 50% changed telling me that it is not holding the charge at all. This is a terrible inconvenience to be and the car is only four years old with only a little more than 32,000 miles on it. I doubt if I will get a Toyota ever again and had been thinking I wanted a pickup within a few years.

Simple waterpump replacement. Coolant spilled all over front grille radiator hood and headlights. Broken harness retaining clips. 2 people inside my truck on delivery. Simple lack of professionalism. However my service writer Terry was very professional and helpful getting my repair handled and had excellent communication throughout the visit. As an auto technician I'm suprised and disapointed in the lack of workmanship and pride put forth in my repair. I would never leave a customer's vehicle anything but better than I brought it in.
