Jake was very helpful. However, this was my third time coming back because a new issues poped up. Its frustrating to come in for service and be told you have a new problem every single time. I came in for an oil change, they tld me my breaks were bad. Cool, get that fixed. But when i come in for my breaks now my wheel barring is dirty... I was i needed to replace both. I declined because its a lot of money and i was told well it should be ok. Got my truck back and went to work them boom. My battery fails. I bring my truck back in just to find out the alternator was dead. My question is why was this problem not found during the two inspections they jist did on my truck? Couldnt drive off the lot so I was forced to find the money to fix it. All of this happend with in two weeks. Not months or years but days of eachother. I feel that your company took advantage of the fact I had to have a healthy inspection and did what they could to milk me in mantaince to meet their quotas. I never had these problems before with you guys and now I dont know if I can trust this company. I know im only 1 out of thousands, but I am person too. Im alive, i breathe air and I work hard for my family just luke anyone else. I'm a struggling single mom who put her faith in Toyota and I was let down.

Nina Shaw all ways goes above and beyond. She has great communication skills on the service that is being done. She has out standing customer service skills.

Very professional service. Rabar, who sold me the RAV 4, saw me walking through the service area. He remembered me and welcomed me to the dealership. Told me if I had any questions or problems to please let him know. Made me feel very welcome.
