First, I'm always glad to see women in typically male spaces. She was very confident that she could take care if me and I was really relaxed by her customer service and clarity. As a new customer, it's unclear what I'm supposed to do when I walk in, which seems to be a West Hills thing. But she greeted me as quickly as she could, had clear information, and was informative all through the process. I hope to work with her every time!
