Yes, mainly for the staff we relate with! We never see those engaged with the actual work, but after 12 or more years and never a problem they deserve much of the credit! The service people we do see are always very courteous and check with us to ensure service needed is complete and check with the customer on work before needed before they allow it being done! We have trust in all the service people!

Would like when I ask the total cost before work is done on my vehicle, I get the correct amount. I was told everything would cost 627 and some change, only to pick up my car and it cost 711 and some change.
