Nina Shaw was exceptional and provided the best service experience for servicing my vehicle on April 24. Her communication was professional, polite, and courteous. She explained additional work from the point inspection that were needed and was able to fit that in with my service appointment. I will return again to Heartland Toyota for servicing my vehicle.

Dustin really went the extra mile to assure our car problem was researched and that the technicians understood our concern. He also responded very appropriately when it was determined that although we had an engine alert with admonition not to drive the car — he took the alert seriously bu certainly did not encourage us to over search for the unexplainable alert. All in all, we left very impressed.
