Jacob was very helpful during my recent service. He wa able to do a quick evaluation and was able to research a recent enhancement for my vehicle. The part was shipped overnight and installed early next day. His quick evaluation gave me savings on diag fee and cost on the part that was installed. I am very satisfied with the service he rendered during my last visit.

I would actually request Jake at the time of my next car service. He explained why (and why not) my Lexus required certain services. I trust him and feel that I received honest advice and that my Lexus got the best service possible.
