My agent was perfect; a huge help and an educator. The only flaw was the addition of the “scheduler.”. Previous appointments were made directly with servicing, not through an additional step which not was too lengthy,but was a complete waste of time. The scheduler follows a script but doesn’t have the necessary expertise. You’ll lose me as a loyal client if this continues. When I call for an appointment I expect to talk with a service representative, not someone wishing me a great day!!
