I am not happy because came in for an oil change & came back to a HUGE BILL. I felt I was misinformed on what was going on with my car & price of what I was going to pay. Then when I came to pick up my car, there was the plastic & paper that the service riders put to not dirty the car, discarded all crumpled in a pile in my cup holders. For ME to CLEAN UP????

The whole experience was easy-peasy! Dustin was great to work with. I called ahead to ask if I could bring th car by extra early, and if we could get an alignment done while it was there. Dustin’s answers were yes and yes. It took no time at all to get checked in - allowing us to catch our ferry. In the afternoon he called sting it was done so we swung by one the way home and same thing - in and out quickly. It was a pleasure being assisted by such a friendly, helpful guy!
