I had front brake replacement in May. After that service my brakes began making an odd noise. It turns out the problem was a “warped” rotor. My car was returned and I was told the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately I am continuing to hear that noise when I step on the brakes although less frequently. I am frustrated that I will need to bring my car back again.
On the plus side Jacob is great, his customer service is superb!
