Not Terry’s fault, perhaps, but first the part I came from Bainbridge to have installed was not in its box, necessitating a second trip from Bainbridge after you tracked down the part. My 2-hr turnaround was history. Then found that the edge guard they were to install cannot be paired with the door guard they installed. I’m the only guy who has ordered custom color coordinated door guards for 2019 RAV4? It was not a fine moment for Toyota and your dealership. Terry was appropriately apologetic, seems to be a good guy.

My 5,000 mile check-up was well coordinated and effortless. Kudos to the management team.
However, I would encourage your mechanics or drivers to avoid kicking interior door panels, particularly with dirty work shoes/boots. Or, at least clean the door panels after the work is completed.
That said, I greatly appreciated that no one adjusted my driver seat or steering wheel.
