The guy who took my keys when I arrived asked why I brought it in-fair question. But when I told him it’s here for service but I didn’t know what service. He proceeded to ask 3 more times what kind of service. So four times I had to tell him I did know. You have this information in the computer so what difference does it matter what type of service. The tech who signed me in and out was great. No complaint there at all. Just the first guy. Idiot. Needs to learn to listen to people. I told tge tech about this. I do not the persons name and I do not want a phone call about this either.
