I appreciated the attention I received regarding progress on the A/C when i grew anxious and asked Terry if there was any news on what was wrong with the A/C. He said after he completed the task he was finishing up he would go talk to them. He did, explained it to me and I was able to wait much more comfortably until the service was completed. Now my A/C works great! Big thanks

They didn't put the oil cap back on my car after front brakes & oil change. Car was tickimg really loud on way to work the next morning so i let it cool down for cpl hours & then saw no cap, oil all over engine & hood & puddle on ground. I called & told them to bring me oil & My cap so I could start driving my nail route. They brought me some other oil cap & musta overfilled the oil because it was still just over full when we checked. I was late finishing mailroute & late to my second job. You were closed when I was able to check my msgs. Scott called & said he'd make it right but when I called next morning & left him a msg I didn't hear back. I'm spending my weekend waiting by the phone. You guys really screwed me over. Real nice
