The service provided by Nina was outstanding. I do have one criticism however. It concerns pricing. Your mechanics identified 3 bulbs that needed to be replaced: one license plate bulb & both front marker bulbs. The price for that service was quoted $59.85. I bought the bulbs from your parts department for $2.78. Even not having the benefit of being a trained Toyota mechanic, I managed to change all 3 in 10 minutes. That you would charge $57 for 10 minutes labor seems extreme to me. That translates to an hourly labor rate of $342/hr. When converted to an hourly rate, wouldn't you agree that such charges are grossly inflated & out of line with standard shop rates?
