The heater was making a strange noise. I was told a rodent got into the engine compartment and caused some damage. And that the repair would be about $400. I was not told the screen that was installed for $250 was not required to fix the car. I feel ripped off.

The service agent who got me checked in and out was good. My issues are with the customer service provided as a whole at Heartland Toyota, not one specific employee. I have been disappointed the last few times I have been in there for my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I was also told some conflicting information regarding the services on my lease today vs when I initially entered the lease. Either the system and service agent was wrong or the sales team lied. Either way, I will most likely go elsewhere when this lease is up. It’s shameful, my wife and I have purchased three vehicles from here over the last 8 years. It use to be our favorite place and we always recommend it. Now I can’t say the same anymore.
