Again, I received excellent help from the customer service representative but am disturbed by what he told me! I brought my truck in for the second time to fix an issue that should have been fixed on Saturday when the tires were replaced! Today I was told that the service shop used an out of calibration system to balance/align my tires! Consequently, I took vacation from work today in order to get the tires balanced correctly and remove the excessive vibration and shimmy resulting from that imbalance!!
