Excellent service!

I received years of wonderful service from Heartland Toyota. I had a 2008 Corolla services there for 10 years. I ended up buying my 2018 Highlander in Bellevue. I planned to do my smaller service at Tacoma Toyota (where I live) and bigger 15/45 or extra warranty jobs through Bellevue. Well Tacoma hasn’t been a good fit and Bellevue has been worse. I just had a 45k that they documented a 5k service and when I asked them they tried saying it was the same but more testing. It didn’t make sense to me so I decided not to get my tires with them and called Bremerton they got me in and said they would check it out. I ended up replacing dirty filters...and feeling confirmation that my gut was right. They also quoted me $260 and Bremerton said $161 to repair a piece on my seat. I feel like I can trust Bremerton and that’s huge for me. I’ve always valued Scott & today I found both Scott and Richard easy to work with. It was crazy busy, but they got it done. I wish the other Toyota dealerships were the same. I wish they would send me a survey. I reached out to the guy who sold me the car and haven’t heard back. Need to try a diff route until someone realizes my experience has been unsatisfactory in Bellevue (and Tacoma). The drive is worth it!!

Scott, did a great job helping to get my truck service with the additional work for my low pressure sensor and a recall for my airbag which I didn't know about and had it replace. He as also made arrangements for shuttle ride to my house and back when service was done. Scott is a great asset in your operation. My only complaint is the complimentary coffee has gotten smaller and not hot. George C

My grandmother has been a customer of your business forever, as have my parents, so I am the third generation, Scott and his team always go out of the way to make sure that things are done right and making sure that I'm always satisfied, and I appreciate that.

DUSTIN did a very good job setting up the service, updating me part way through the wait wand walking out to the car and explaining the maintenance starus of the car. Dustin, and Heartland do a good job. And yes, we shall return

Dustin quickly recognized my presence and said he would be with me in a moment. Upon finding addl proble.s w/car, he explained CLEARLY for me to make decisions. When complete, he had to seek me out in the showroom. He did an excellent job.

The Express Team was new to me this visit. The service agent was very nice and helpful, but the whole process felt more like a Jiffy Lube than the more personal service I have had at the dealership before. The agent also did not review anything about the inspection report on the car after the service.

Rick was very helpful and accommodating.
