Had scheduled an appointment Saturday morning to put on four wheels that were purchased with a new vehicle had a 130 appointment I was there for two hours and 20 minutes from 130 till 3:50 it shouldn’t take two hours and 20 minutes to swap out four wheels and tires I appreciate you get me in to do the job but that’s just ridiculous I could’ve done it myself with manual tools quicker than your service techs did the job With the right tools

When making the appointment I identified a potential issue with my vehicle. It wasn’t until I got to the dealership that I was notified that the diagnostic was going to take approximately 2 hours and the possibility of the part not being there. I figured that by identifying what was happening and possibly the part needed, that the dealership would have been prepared for my vehicle or that I would have been notified of the time frame to address that issue outside of the oil change as well. The oil change in itself took an hour and 45 minutes, which is fairly long in my experience.
