Aaron listened to my emergency situation that resulted from debris on the freeway that destroyed my front & rear passenger side tires and got me new tires and on my way expeditiously. The person who assisted us was helpful and polite. I came because the new wipers that were installed on my last service were defective. As I was using my new wipers they were even worse, they left a section of the window unclear. Imagine how awful that would be in snow and ice. I will need to buy others at another auto store.

When I dropped my car off outside, the service guy was very nice, he told me to wait inside for the service guy to talk me . For ten minutes nobody acknowledged me or say we will be right with you. I was about to take my Rav 4 and leave, when a service guy asked if I had been helped. He did not say what his name was, and I still don’t know his name. I think I am going to Tacoma Toyota next time.
