Service was bad. 3 things, 1- I came in with 4 hubcaps left with 3. 2 - they recommended spark plugs replaced, I put in new plugs a couple months ago. 3 - I had the winter tires put on e few weeks earlier and les schwab said the front brakes were wearing differently (2mm & 6 mm). Your techs said they were identical. I took it back to Les Schwab and they measured and showed me the differences.
I expected much better and have bought several vehicles from you.
At a minimum I believe you owe me a hubcap. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

My Prius was delivered in fine running condition. However, upon re-assembling the battery vent pipe at home, I wish I had convinced myself during the appointment check-in and/or later at repair drop-off that I could easily re-assemble the trunk venting, etc. Back at home after pickup, I learned that the re-assembly was more difficult than I expected, mainly because the new battery was larger than the old (which I told at the appointment). I was told up front that there could be a difficult re-install of the battery vent pipe: I did not know that the mounting screw holes in the vent pipe might no longer align with the threaded holes in the body. (I completed the re-installation by forcing over the appropriate sections of the long vent pipe enough to get the needed screw/screw-hole alignment.) R. Murray, retired Tool and Die-maker; retired Electrical Engineer. No response required.
