We have brought it in three times with the same problem and the solution is to move things around until the problem happens again...which guaranteed it will. This is not fixing the problem and it does not give us the ability to use our car in a reliable manner because we are always waiting for the same problem to reoccur.
This prevents us from traveling or taking our car on extended trips. This is a new car and this is not how Toyota should be handling a service issue. Please fix the problem and replace the part even if it means replacing all 4 parts. It’s like your playing Russian roulette waiting until the car dies.

The car is still pulling to the right unfortunately. I looked at the alignment report and it looks like they left it slightly to the right? Not sure I am reading this correctly.
Do you know if they did the wiper blades? I looked on the paperwork but didn’t see it listed.
It looks like I was still charged for the cabin filter? I am not seeing where they took it off the bill.
