Recently visited to have my Highlander serviced and to my surprise the experience I had makes me never want to own anything but a Toyota. Shawn in the service department was awesome and very helpful and plane to ask for him on every visit. I plan to take both of our cars here for all future needs.

Stacey was nice to work with but Service had my car for over 4 hrs and all they did was rotate my tires (didn't even change oil!). We were told a recall issue WOULD be fixed only to find out 4+hrs later, they didn't have the part. Disappointed. We have recall issue being fixed by Toyota of Plano currently.

I actually have never been able to say this, but I and the kids had a good time waiting while my truck was serviced.
