I called and informed Stacy that I had put iblems starting my COO Tundra so he asked that I just bring it in without an appointment. I was greeted very friendly by a lady who asked why I was there and she covered my seats and the floor then walked me in to see Stacy. I waited just a few minutes and then Stacy took my information, showed me the facility and asked that Ibtake a seat. I was never told how long it would be but did not expect it to take too long. It was about an hour in when I had to have someone find Stacy and have him check on my truck. When he returned he explained they will be running more tests. I had just seen two service techs working on the vehicle for almost thirty minutes and wondered what were they doing! Another 30 minutes and still no update. I did not see my truck anymore so Hanna who was very helpful found Stacy again and took me to the shop floor to get a status. At that time they finally started a test on my battery and after another 30 minutes they said it failed. That should have been the very first thing tested and not 90 minutes later. I do not feel Stacy had a good understanding of what it would take to analyze my problem and did not stay on top of it or keep me informed. Stacy told me multiple times they would need to run a few tests and it should not take more than twenty minutes. All in all I was at the dealer ship two and a half hours. The only good part of my visit was how pleasant Hanna was to me and I watched her interact with many customers and she made everyone welcome and always found someone to address any questions they had.

Nearly 3 hours for a scheduled 25,000 mile service on a tundra seems a bit absurd. While Stacey did inform me of an issue with the skid plate after hour 2, he also mentioned the technician working on the truck was a bit green and couldn't solve the issue...which turns out was a dropped bolt while trying to reinstall thw slid plate. What was really disappointing, aside from a relatively mundane service taking 3 hours, was that it took a minimum of four techs including the service manager to fish out a dropped bolt from a "green" technician. I dont like paying 50k for a truck as well as the extended maintainene package to have either poorly trained or unqualified folks working on it. From a first visit to your service department very disappointed. Stacey and the service manager were very kind and i think embarrassed by this, i cannot blame them for this or trying to get it fixed. Not sure I will come back, even though it is extremely convenient for me from Celina.

David was very friendly, professional and thorough. The facility is beautiful; amenities and design were perfect! My kids were with me for the oil change because it’s Christmas break and they thought it was a fun outing instead of an errand/chore. The video games, cocoa and ample seating was great. I’ve been a Toyota owner for 4 years and have been driving to Plano for service because the Toyota McKinney service department is so horrible. Welcome to Prosper, Longo Toyota!

Additionally, everyone I came across greeted me warmly with a smile and hello and asked if I needed any additional assistance. Almost walked away with a new Tacoma because of it.
