The waiting areas were very nice and comfortable. I noticed all of the TVs were on ESPN. Would it be possible to have one set on HGTV or FOOD Network for non-sports fans? Just a suggestion.

Please don’t send me surveys. I found your service very satisfactory. The one thing I hated about Toyota Plano where I used to live Is that I couldn’t take my car in for service without having to answer endless survey questions. I know your headquarters is moving down here and you’re all under pressure to perform, but these kinds of surveys do more to turn me off as a customer than encourage me to return. All I want is to take my car into a reliable dealer and get quality service, Which I have with you. Don’t make me work more after I’ve paid my money. Please pass this on to whoever is in charge of sending these surveys out. I don’t think my opinion is different from a lot of customers. If I have a problem, I’ll let you know. I don’t need to keep telling you how good a job you’ve done.Thanks.

This was my first service appointment. They forgot to torque the lug nuts and had to send a tech out to the house to torque them. They arrived quickly and took care of it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
