I am a TMNA employee. I had a low tire pressure light come on due to the cold weather. I stopped in with no appointment. My car was taken in with no questions questions asked. During my visit Hannah Mays stopped and introduced herself and we had a nice conversation. I relocated from Erlanger Kentucky and Hannah was eager to hear about the Manufacturing side. Hannah is a great asset to your team. My car was finished within an hour. David walked me to my car. Excellent experience and I will continue to bring my car in for routine maintenance. It’s comforting to know I have a dealership to call home and if I encounter any problems I know I will be taken care of! PS Hannah wants to tour the new Headquartes.
