She took the initiative to look back and see that this was the third time the front valve gasket leaked onto the alternator. Then she worked with the manufacturer to have the repair covered in full. I also appreciated her through details explaining the process. Full inspection also found water in the breaks, without the full through inspection I woulda have never know.
