Interior passenger side of my car was lefty dirty. Had grease stains and also there are now indentations in my dashboard on the passenger side above the glovebox where the airbag inflator was installed???? My service advisor was professional and courteous.

What I also deeply appreciated about my experience was Chris the mechanic who drove with me to test my car to determine the exact problem.
He had put it in the air first and could find nothing wrong so we went out for a drive. We couldn’t find a smooth road to show him what I was trying to discribe as the problem but he assured me with great confidence that my car was safe and sound.
I didn’t have to fix what wasn’t broken! To not be charged was incredible. Chris then asked before he left my vehicle if there was anything else I might need while I was here and he mentioned wiper incerts...wow that was perfect because I DID need them but wasn’t thinking about it! So I left with a clean bill of health on the car and the ability to see clearly our next rain. Thank you Chris!!!!

Austin was very nice and personable. Would be nice though if he had a few more details about the work to be done on the vehicle. In fact would be nice if your mechanics/customer service reps added more detail when they are recommending future work. Prior to the appoontment I had to call the service center and was given a mechanic to explain the work then had to Google to get the rest of the picture. I know not everyone wants to know but when looking at a $600+ bill it matters to some folks. Thank You for asking and for the good service!
