But my take-away on my experience is that I had a person who was caring for my account who made sure my needs were met by making certain somebody else could assist me. Darrin never left me hanging. He was awesome. When he realized I was Deaf, He actually took the time to ‘sign’ to me using American Sign Language. He had taken 2 years of ASL in High School! I really appreciated him recognizing me as a person! Most people are frustrated with me because I don’t understand what they are telling me. They don’t realize that Im Deaf. I read lips and I can hear some sound. But I don’t know what people are saying. But He recognizes that I am Deaf! He brightened my day! I was disappointed that a car wash was not provided with the express service. By the time I got done over an hour, I had to get to my office for appointments.
